Of course, you should decide for yourself. If you do speak with them, say hello for me!

ONline Resources I Use
I do A LOT of research in my line of work, so I’m always stumbling onto websites that I go back to again and again. The ones I list below are jam-packed with good stuff for women in midlife and beyond!
The Menopause Society - an independent, evidence-based resource
The National Sleep Foundation - sleep research, education and advocacy
Greater Good Science Center - the science of well-being
Aesthetics of Joy - bringing joy into the places we live, work, learn, and heal
Books I recommend
I started a book club in 2024 and it rekindled my love for reading. Our reading selections are determined by a group vote, which means I get to step out of my go-to genres of mystery (fiction) and self-help (nonfiction). Not only do I read the selected book each month, I usually read 2-3 more.
This list will continue to grow, but here are the books I’ve read in the past 2 years that I encourage you to pick up (or listen to)! These are in no particular order. If you want to know WHY I liked them, reach out to chat!
Killers of a Certain Age - by Deanna Raybourn (fiction)
Furiously Happy - by Jenny Lawson (nonfiction)
Becoming - by Michelle Obama (nonfiction)
Braiding Sweetgrass - by Robin Wall Kimmerer (nonfiction)
Lady Tan’s Circle of Women - by Lisa See (fiction)
A Tale for the Time Being - by Ruth Ozeki (fiction)
Hagitude - by Sharon Blackie (nonfiction)
The Secret War of Julia Child - by Diana R. Chambers
What Your Body Knows About Happiness - by Janice Kaplan
The Grieving Brain - by Mary-Frances O’Connor, PhD
