Stretch your self-love comfort zone in February's Movement + Mindset workshop! Show up for YOU on Saturday, February 15th, from 7:30-9am.
Designed for women in midlife and beyond at any fitness level, this is an opportunity to practice loving your body and mind. Spend 45 minutes moving your body and 45 minutes molding your positive self-love mindset.
Why should you get up early on a Saturday morning?
It feels good to move your body! Release stress, build stamina, feel confident, and have fun!
It can be life-changing to expand your mindset! Build self-awareness, experience personal growth, gain clarity, and get unstuck.
This is a unique way to connect with other women in midlife and beyond who are on this journey with you. Imagine the sparks of new friendships flying✨
Each workshop is 90 minutes in total, has a different meaningful ‘theme’, and costs $30. This month our focus is on self-love and self-compassion.
Pre-registration is required. Sign up below to foster your self-love and self-compassion!
Waivers are required for each participant. A link to complete a waiver online is included in your confirmation email when you register.
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Shoes are not allowed on the mat, so plan to go barefoot or wear socks with some grip on the bottom to prevent slipping. Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated (only water is allowed on the mat).

This event is at KBX PHX in North Tempe (Scottsdale Rd. & McKellips). Pre-registration and payment of the $30 event fee are required to attend. KBX PHX will require an additional waiver which I’ll send to you the day before the class.
